Refunds are not available for service changes unless you experience a significant disruption or technical issue that prevents you from using core functionalities. In such cases, a partial refund may be granted, depending on the issue's severity and length.
5. Refunds for One-Time Payments
For services that are billed as one-time payments (e.g., additional tools or features purchased separately from the subscription model), all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once payment is processed.

Proof Required: To process these refunds, you must provide sufficient documentation (e.g., screenshots, support tickets) proving the issue significantly impaired the use of the platform.
7. Refunds for Misuse and Abuse Prevention
We are committed to ensuring fairness for all customers. Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
Excessive Use of Service Before Refund Request: If a user consumes significant service resources (such as using over 50% of features) before requesting a refund within the refund window, Covalent reserves the right to refuse the refund based on overuse without intent to continue using the platform.
Multiple Refund Requests: Users who request refunds multiple times without valid reasons may be flagged for potential abuse and future refunds may be denied.
8. Chargebacks
